God’s Promises

Not a single one of all the good promises the LORD had given to the family of Israel was left unfulfilled; everything he had spoken came true. Joshua 21:45

Yet again, there’s a reminder that God keeps His promises. He kept them with Israel. He keeps them with me.

Why do I allow myself to forget so easily?

It’s good that I read this reminder again today. Because I forgot about it yesterday. And unless someone reminded you about God’s unwavering faithfulness, I’d bet money that you forgot about it, too. We saw an obstacle yesterday and chose to focus on how bad things were going instead of how God keeps His promises.
