My college roommate was a big fan of the musical, Godspell. He watched it several times while we were rooming together. I’m thinking I also had to watch it for a project in my Life of Christ class at one point.
While I never became the fan that he was, I did appreciate the music. And some of it has stuck with me over the years. So it’s really not a surprise that while preparing for Sunday’s message from the Gospel of Luke that I’ve been humming this song all week:
