October is a busy month at Cowan Christian Church! In less than two weeks, Ladies Aid will host their annual Bazaar. Hand-made crafts, baked goods, and antiques will be featured. The ladies spend all year preparing for the Bazaar and it shows! I was amazed last year at the quality of the crafts.
Be sure to get there early! The doors open at 8 a.m., but people usually line up outside the building beforehand. Some people drive all the way from Ohio to the Bazaar. Yes, it’s that big of a deal.
If you haven’t already, mark your calendars for the Bazaar: Saturday, October 11. 8-11 a.m. at Cowan Christian Church. Two weeks after the Bazaar, we’re hosting our second-ever Trunk or Treat. Then, two weeks after that is Homecoming. Our church will be celebrating 115 years!
