Even with limited promotion and a short amount of time to prepare, approximately 100 cans of soup and other canned goods were donated this past Sunday for the Souper Bowl of Caring!!
We had 54 people in the service on Sunday, including people who would not have known about our participation in this nation-wide food drive. So, I’d say it was a pretty good turnout. I’m continually amazed a the generosity I see at Cowan Christian Church!
