We hung the green Tuesday evening, preparing the Sanctuary for the Advent and Christmas seasons.
The kids were making a newspaper announcing the birth of Jesus in Bethlehem.
I don’t know what my daughter is doing. She did it well, though – didn’t she?
After everyone had left that evening, I went back into the Sanctuary to turn off the Christmas music we had playing. I walked into a darkened room with the Christmas tree glowing in the corner and Christmas carols playing. It was a definite ‘Hallmark’ moment!
